Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be transparent and in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 to protect your rights and ensure a hassle-free process.

1. Return Policy
You may return products purchased from RP CCTV & Electronics within 7 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Condition of the Product: The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Original Invoice: The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened or installed CCTV cameras or other surveillance equipment (unless defective)
- Consumable items like batteries or accessories that have been used
- Any product marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will need this number to return the product.
- Packaging the Product: Please securely pack the product along with the original invoice, accessories, and any other items that came with it.
- Shipping the Product: Return the product to the address provided by our customer support team. The cost of return shipping may be covered by us if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Refund Policy
If you return a product within the applicable return window, we will offer you the following options:
- Refund: If you are not satisfied with your product, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be made after the product has been received and inspected by us.
- Replacement: In case of defective or damaged products, we may offer a replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
In case of payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through NEFT (bank transfer) or another suitable method. Please ensure you provide your bank account details for the refund process.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Note: The product must not have been tampered with or opened if it is a sealed product, to qualify for a return or replacement.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel the order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges, within 7 working days.
7. Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under Indian law:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery (including those that have been installed or activated)
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are defective
- Items not purchased directly from RP CCTV & Electronics
