Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rpstore.in ("the Site") operated by RPStore.in. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Login and identity verification uses a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number over WhatsApp/SMS. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure.
• Dealer/business accounts are subject to review and approval, and may carry separate credit or pricing terms agreed with us directly.

Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images and prices. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or correct the affected order; we are not obliged to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only once accepted by us and, where applicable, payment is received.
• We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, including UPI and bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
• Dealer accounts may be extended credit terms as separately agreed; outstanding balances are shown on your account and reminders may be sent periodically.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site -- including text, graphics, logos and the RPStore name -- is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
