Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete the personal data associated with your RPStore account (profile details, addresses, saved order history beyond what we must legally retain, and WhatsApp opt-in status), you can request this at any time using the method below.

How to Request Deletion

Email ravi@rp-infotech.com from your registered email address (or message us from your registered mobile number) with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your registered name and mobile number so we can verify your identity.

What Happens Next

• We verify the request is coming from the account holder.
• We delete your account profile, saved addresses and marketing/communication preferences.
• Invoices, GST records and payment/outstanding-balance records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law, even if the rest of your account is deleted, after which they are also removed.
• We confirm by email once your request has been completed, typically within 30 days.

Facebook/WhatsApp Login Users

If you interacted with us via WhatsApp, deleting your account as above also stops any further OTP or transactional messages to your number. You can separately block or report our WhatsApp Business number at any time from within WhatsApp.
