How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, including verifying your mobile number with a One-Time Password (OTP).
• To process orders, generate invoices, and manage dealer/customer ledgers.
• To send order confirmations, invoices, payment links and outstanding-balance reminders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
• To improve and secure the website.

OTP and WhatsApp Communication

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to deliver login OTPs, invoices, payment links and account/order notifications. By providing your mobile number and using OTP login, you consent to receive these transactional messages on WhatsApp. We do not use this channel to send unsolicited marketing.

Sharing of Information

We share personal information only where necessary to run the business:

• Payment gateway and banking partners, to process payments you initiate.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform), to deliver OTPs and transactional messages.
• Logistics and courier partners, to deliver your orders.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services. Invoices, GST and accounting records are retained for the period required under Indian tax law even after account closure. Other data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
